ideas, and engage in group activities of their choosing

Assist & support Seniors who are impacted by the limited effects of aging to improve quality of life on the West Coast

Network with other organizations so that we are able to support Seniors and their caregivers whether we do the service or we refer them to an
organization the provides the services they require

Develop and deliver educational non-medical programs and recreational activities that support the learning needs of Seniors and
their caregivers
